Nice size, design and decor! It is a very busy McDonald's, but is it supposed to be because of its central location. My family and I came to have breakfast three times while staying at one of the All-Star Resorts. Although they were always busy, the service was decent and the food was good. Food is definitely more affordable here than it is at the foodcourt at the resorts.

This McDonald's is suppose to be the best because is in Disney. But not be surprises if not have a free wi-fi. The floors is dirty, all the place is dirty and smell bad, the restroom lock like never be clean, the tables isn't clean after the costumer finish eat. Stay way from this McDonald.

I walked here a few times to take a break from eating in the cafeteria or at Downtown Disney. It was a nice escape from eating Disney food 24-7. This McDonald's does not have a value menu, but it is huge and super clean. They have several pre-counter registers so they are definitely organized to handle a large influx of hungry patrons. But each time that I went, it was pretty empty. This was by far one of the best McDonald's I've been to in the States.

This location gives new meaning to the word slow. We went here with a couple of our friends for a "quick" breakfast back in August, and it took nearly 30 minutes to get four no-special-order breakfasts to go with drinks. The crew was non-appologetic about the wait. And after we left we realized they had gotten one of the orders wrong. I guess we rushed them... Yesterday we figured we would give them another chance and stopped for a quick snack. It took them 10 minutes to produce a chicken sandwich, Fountain drink, and coffee. They were out of coffee and didn't seem to know how to brew more (it took two crew members to figure it out). That wasn't even most of the cause of the delay, the crew was too busy standing around to bother bagging the items as they were cooked, they let them sit under the heart lamps for a few minutes first. Again no apology (except for the coffee) even from the manager who strolled by while we were waiting for the coffee. I know that the third time is supposed to be the charm, but I don't have the patience to deal with this location again.

I have never experienced a 20 minute drive thru wait until now. The manager Dawn is truly incompetent. It is like she thought that was acceptable service. Avoid this place like the plague. You will be better off eating at the food court. I am still in shock at the level of service.

Nice design and decor but tends to be always busy with only one cashier lane working. Which means - looong line. It's much cleaner now with staff constantly cleaning up.

  • Adam S.

I verified that this is a less-than-average McDonalds. It's a service issue. $33 for 6 breakfast biscuits and 6 Cokes. Next time, I'll just go to the resort cafeteria.

If Ray Kroc new how poorly this McDonalds was run he would weep. And to think that excellence in Service surrounds this place in the form of Disney and Universal Orlando and this place is so terrible is impressive. The servers were unfriendly... And slow. The food took 10 mins, which is truly sad and then the fries were cold. The piece de resistance was the flies... One would think we were in Animal Kingdom. Oh well. At least the prices on the "value menu" were double what they are back home.

  • Julie H.

Total Jekyll and Hyde. We went through the drive through and it was so fast and the food was actually some of the best McD's we've had. The lesson is, use the drive-thru. So fast it was crazy. Skip going inside if you're in any bit of a hurry at all.

  • Anthony M.

It is so nice that this McDonald's exists on the Disney Property. We do not have to sit down and eat an expensive breakfast at one of the Disney Resorts. We are able to go to the drive thru and get breakfast and be at the Disney Parks right when they open. It gives us more fun at the parks and less time waiting for our breakfast to be served. There is no dollar menu here...get ready for full price!!!

On 5/6/2014 at approximately midnight my wife and I were "urged" by our four year old to go to McDonald's for a cheeseburger Happy Meal. After a long day at WDW our thought process was, "we'll grab a fast bite to eat before we fall asleep standing up." We got to the drive through and ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal and a grilled chicken Southwest Salad with light dressing. There were 4 cars in front of us. Twenty five minutes later the line had not moved...at all. My wife and I began to pull from the drive through without our food and our very hungry son pitched a hunger fueled fit. We waited an additional 20 minutes before we were finally able to pull to the first window to submit payment. The cashier leaned out and stated the price with no apology and no explanation as to why the 45 minute wait for McDonald's fast food. After about another 5 minutes the cashier came back to the window and asked, "Do you have any cash? Our machine is down." I told her to "forget it," I took my card back from her and I drove off with a hungry, tired, and cranky four year old in the back seat expressing his displeasure as only a child does. I have never in 39 years of patronizing McDonalds waited as long, been given no explanation, given no apology, and been treated with disrespect and contempt such as I was tonight. This was by far the worst experience in any manner that I have ever had at a restaurant...and I never even got food.

This home of the Happy Clown will put you off Mcds for a long time. It's one of those places where guest service, cleanness and decent food really has taken a back seat to everything. The dining room is never clean and it echoes like cafe-tiers from your childhood. The food is normally cold and 90% of the time the wrong order. Sadly their isn't much else you can get on Disney property.

    (1)
  • Andrea W.

Got our meals wrong at front window. We tried to fix it politely at second window and they gave us even less.

    (2)
  • Sarah B.

HORRIBLE service! And prices are insane. Very busy when we went with one checkout line open. They finally opened a second one and took people from the back of our line so we ended up waiting even longer for our food! Then our food sat there on the back counter for 15 minutes before they put it up for us to take. After we finally got to sit down, we saw they had overcharged us and also given us wrong items and not enough drinks. To top it all off, their ketchup dispenser was only half working and disgusting, the workers just lounged around the dining area talking while hold brooms (and not sweeping) and half the drinks in the drink machine tasted like water. We will never go there again. Family of 4 with Disney Annual Passes.

  • Mike N.

Location, location, location. A 24 hour McD's next to the All Star Resorts, on the way to the theme parks. Great place to stop for a morning breakfast on the run. McD's food is not the best, but if you need it, you can get it here.

    (3)
  • Dave D.

Pretty good for a McDonald's. If your at the All Star Resorts at Disney, this is a better choice for breakfast. The food is better and far less expensive. I'd go with 4 stars but there are some flies in here even though it's pretty clean. We may return for lunch since the cafeteria food at the resort is so bad.

    (3)
  • Ray T.

It's food. Not even fast. And a one patty Big Mac. Nice going. Flat soda but a beautiful dining room. The mumbly staff was definitely not helpful. But the fries were good. I did enjoy the McRib. Glad it's back... For a limited time. There's a bottle neck for ordering here. We were done eating before the couple behind us got their order which was similar.

    (2)
  • N N.

Don't go here after disneyland. It's short staffed. There were only 3 orders ahead of me and it took 28 minutes to get my meal!

    (1)
  • Michael P.

Somebody here reads yelp reviews. Cleanest and friendliest McDonalds I have been to anywhere in the USA.

    (4)
  • J D.

Too much confusion for a McDonald's, which is supposed to be the epitome of "same no matter where you go." If you are closing breakfast at 10 a.m. then you shouldn't leave up the breakfast signs. If you don't make an item, take down the sign for the item. It isn't hard, and your staff shouldn't be rude if people aren't psychic enough to know that breakfast ends an hour earlier M-Th.

    (2)
  • Mark B.

We are annual pass holders so we usually drive up from South Florida and stop here for a less expensive meal before visiting the parks. Many good experiences but last visit after parks closed restaurant was under staffed resulting in 20-30 minute wait. So we left to order room service at our hotel. We wii be back as this was an unusual experience from our other visits.

    (4)
  • Judy W.

Worst McDonald's ever. Set up is very poor and employees seem confused most of the time. The food is never hot. The only reason they stay busy is because they are so close to resorts. Don't waste your time. Employees are also not friendly. I know it's not ran by Disney but the employees seem more miserable and unhappy than most b

  • Wilhelm Y.

This McDonald's with its gigantic arches and giant McDonald's characters and food likenesses shooting out of the building's exterior has a Disney World feel to it. Located just outside the three All-Star resorts this location can get quite crowded as it is a favorite stop for tour bus drivers. The lines move pretty quickly though, and you can expect the same quality McDonald's burgers and fries here.

    (3)
  • Rae L.

    It's McDonald's. What can I say?

    (4)
  • Sue M.

A 24 hr. McDonalds on Disney property!!! A decent alternative to the pricey food at all of the Disney parks. I love the "after hours" menu which only offers a few selections with a few items from the breakfast menu. The TVs in the store are an added bonus and the outdoor seating area is convenient. Unfortunately that's where the compliments stop. Eating inside on a weekday past midnight I was alarmed at the restaurants' appalling appearance. There was food and trash on and under most of the tables. The beverage bar was piled with used condiments, soda and just over all filth. The garbage was overflowing onto the floor and it seemed no one had cleaned in an entire shift. I ordered breakfast items and there was only one other customer inside. It took 10 minutes for my order to come up and when it did, it was incorrect. Eating inside for an hour, there was no other customer that walked in. I only saw 3 employees but there could of been another. Point is, there was enough people to clean at least some of the trash and food that was strewn all over. Add to that the number of flies that visited my food and it was simply a horrible experience.

  • Ray M.

Higher priced than a normal mcd's. Spent $45 for 2 doubles, one happy meal, 4 mcchickens, a Big Mac meal, one chicken wrap meal, 6 piece kids meal. Employees were nice but seemed like their minds were not on their jobs. Forgot our sons happy meal which we had to ask for. Person handling drive thru hard to understand. Had to repeat things over and over, BUT our order was correct apart from forgetting to give us the happy meal.

  • Kevin C.

I am generally a McDonald's lover. However, this restaurant is one of the worst. The employees at the register are super nice, but the ones who gather your food are some of the most unprofessional employees I've ever met. Not to mention rude and ignoring customers who were waiting for additional condiment requests to be granted.

    (2)
  • Ina A.

Went: many times during Aug 11-16 2015 Ordered: McChicken Egg McMuffin Sausage Wrap Cost: variable The prices are about twice that of an outside McDonalds but offer an alternative to resort food. Other reviews talked about lack of cleanliness and poor service, but we did not experience that at all. This McDonalds does not have deals like 20 nuggets for $5 or 10 nuggets and fries for $2.50. The people I was travelling with thought McDonalds was superior to the food found in Disney resort. I probably wouldn't agree, but in terms of value, that would be true. Bottom line: I would go back to this and any well-kept McDonalds.

  • Abisai H.

Fast food? I don't think so.... This has to be be the WORST McDonald's in the United States. Not only is it severely understaffed for a Disney property but the actual service is absurd. Only one line open, the lady that was taking the orders kept leaving the line and her skills were questionable. After the extreme and unnecessary line, came another extended wait for the actual food. With only one person to make the orders there's no hope for this place. Who seemed to be the manager was clearly overwhelmed and running around like a chicken with no head. Definitely first and LAST time I'll be making a stop at this place. I wish there was a negative rating for help because by giving it one star I'm being overly nice And did I mention no one had gloves on? Yup NO ONE
